How does it work?
We have organised all of our teaching units into three main curriculum levels:
Early Level (P1)
A complete suite of teaching resources provided for every lesson enabling you to teach the whole of Early Level (P1).
First Level (P2-P4)
First Level (P2-P4) A complete suite of teaching resources provided for every lesson enabling you to teach the whole of First Level (P2-P4).
Second Level (P5-P7)
A complete suite of teaching resources provided for every lesson enabling you to teach the whole of Second Level (P5-P7).
Each curriculum level contains a selection of teaching units (each designed to be delivered across 6 individual lessons) that are specifically constructed to meet the learning requirements at the right level of challenge and stretch for pupils as they move through the different curriculum levels.
We have also sub-divided each level into subgroups to provide a further level of differentiation in levels of challenge and stretch. Categorising our units into subgroups makes the picking of units easier and more effective for all teachers as they build the right learning pathway for the classes in their schools.

Planning
If you follow our suggested unit planning example (see below), your pupils can meet and exceed all of the required Experiences and Outcomes expected by the end of Second Level.
To create and download a unit planner for your school, please login to the website and click on the 'Unit Planning' button on your dashboard.
Whether you teach foreign languages and/or lead the subject in your school, this area will be invaluable to you.

All full suite of curriculum guidance documentation is available to you. The documentation has been created to fully align with the Education Scotland Curriculum for Excellence.
